Quantmara Advertising is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of AI-generated outputs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantmara Advertising and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use, or inability to use the Services.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Namibian courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
